George Rose
Group Financial Director BAE Systems
George Rose was appointed to the Board as Finance Director in 1998 having previously been Director of Finance and Treasury. Prior to joining the Company he had held a number of finance positions in the motor industry with Ford, Leyland Vehicles, DAF NV in the Netherlands and Rover Group. He is a non-executive director of Saab AB and National Grid Transco and a former non-executive director of Orange plc. He is a member of the Financial Reporting Review Panel and Fellow of the Institute of Management Accountants. |
