Our organisation is designed to enable us to deliver the cost, capability and overall financial performance to meet customers' needs.

The organisation gives maximum focus to the major programmes and systems integration on which the future success of the business depends. One of our three chief operating officers has responsibility for the air and sea systems that are at the heart of our prime contracting and systems integration activity. This COO is also responsible for maximising value in our C4ISR and Customer Solutions and Support areas.

The second of our three COOs is charged with our North America business and its huge customer base. Our North America business designs, develops, integrates, manufactures and supports a wide range of advanced aerospace products and intelligent systems for government and commercial customers.

The third of our COOs is charged with deriving maximum value and delivering synergy from our portfolio of products and services for our customers and partnerships. The Avionics, operational, capital, shared services and certain other land, sea and air businesses report to this chief operating officer.
