To meet the demands of the defence and aerospace business, the ATC has developed the highest quality simulation and modelling capability ranging across the electromagnetic spectrum from microwave and radio frequency systems to infra red signature prediction.



The ATC is the custodian of BAE Systems benchmark aerodynamics models. Built over years of experience within the aerospace business, we can offer a comprehensive modelling and simulation capability spanning low speed civil aircraft to supersonic military applications.

We are experts at handling the point at which man meets machine. ATC Human Factors experts offer world leading human vision modelling, deep knowledge of information and image display issues and a range of situational awareness skills.



We offer a number of diverse capabilities in communications systems modelling including radio wave propagation under a range of environmental conditions and also fibre optic network models and analysis.

We offer a selection of damage analysis and prediction skills based on validated in-house models. The capability extends to bird strike on aircraft, impacts on composite materials and fluid filled structures, vehicle crash analysis and other forms of vulnerability.
 


The ATC is at the forefront of rapid and efficient modelling of fluid – solid interaction. This capability compresses computing time for simulating manufacturing processes involving moulded plastics and composites.
