The groups under our Programmes organisation align our business with our sector strategies.

Its two business groups pursue high performance while being flexible to meet ever-changing market place challenges and inter-group collaboration.

Air Systems drives out performance on the delivery of Eurofighter, the maritime surveillance aircraft Nimrod, the crucial development of the Joint Strike Fighter and the strengthening of opportunities for our world-beating Hawk training aircraft.

Our Sea organisation brings together our warship integration capability. Its primary focus is deriving synergy in markets globally for our underwater systems, UK and export capabilities, Type 45 destroyer, Astute submarine, auxiliary naval vessels and other marine capabilities.
