Our response is driven by our customers’ needs to ensure their front line operational requirements are supported and maintained in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.

National Solutions

Our expertise knows few boundaries . . . as prime contractor for Al Yamamah, we are responsible for a total solutions package to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We provide aircraft and mine countermeasure vessels, plus associated hardware, communications, support, training, manpower and infrastructure to the Kingdom’s military forces.

Al Yamamah is the UK ’s biggest-ever defence export contract and we have the resources to underpin a contract of this scale and complexity.

By contrast, in Australia we provide a wide range of small-to-medium scale defence and civil contractor-based support services. We manage Defence and Government Facilities, including the Woomera range and the Canberra deep space complex.

We provide forward maintenance support to the Australian Defence Force in Timor and Darwin. We maintain military aircraft, radar, weapons and communications systems, including the vital Jindalee over the horizon radar system.

We carry out pilot training for the Australian Defence Force and many of the world’s major airlines.

In addition, we provide flight instructors and technicians in support of the Al Yamamah programme.

In the UK, Kuwait and other countries, we provide skilled people to work alongside customer pilots and technicians at their bases in support of front-line and training aircraft.
